The winner of the Cy Young Award last season lost at home to end the streak that he had at Minute Maid Park since August of 2014, a record of 17-0 with a 1.47 ERA in 22 starts during the regular season. It is the longest active streak and that home ERA of 1.47 during that span, is the best for any pitcher with at least 10 games as a starter in his park.
The 22 starts Keuchel has made is the longest streak without losing a home game in the history of the Houston Astros.
Extra: Jason Hammel (Chicago Cubs) got his fourth win without a loss and has allowed just four runs in five outings this season. He is the third pitcher in Cubs franchise history to allow 4 or fewer runs in the first five games opening up a season (Carl Lundgren in 1907 and Jake Arrieta in 2016).
